The author does an outstanding job of outlining the basic ideas behind the Mediterranean-style culinary tradition calling it a diet book implies something that isn’t quite right, explaining both what it is and why scientists think those who eat this way see certain be I’m impressed, and that’s not an easy thing to do for a “diet” book because I tend to view the claims with plenty of skepticism. Great start for eating healthy. This book merges the two popular diets for high-fat, low-carb recipes. Refresh and try again. A cookbook may contain great recipes, but without photos flipping through the pages is dull and uninteresting. Excellent book. Clearing the house of unhealthy foods may cause some anxiety to the clean your plate club, but it is necessary to be able to keep slip ups to a minimum. The recipes are simple and easy to follow. Tips and info make it more than just a cookbook.
